Delivery Information

Orders placed before 2pm will be picked, packed and dispatched on the same day by Royal Mail delivery within 48hrs, or next day by DPD.

At The Catnip Queen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our returns policy below.

How to Return: Contact our customer service on this link, to process your returns request.

Returns Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items in their original condition with all packaging and documentation included.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 working days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items: Items that have been used, damaged, or are missing original packaging cannot be returned. Personalised or custom orders are also non-returnable unless faulty.

Faulty Items: If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
