We was looking for a high-end product for our Cat and having tried many other alternatives without a shadow of a doubt the catnip queen range is just the best. Fast order and delivery and our cats have literally gone wild playing with the toys. Highly recommend these products definitely be buying more!

Bought this for our three cats and hadn't even got it out of the Amazon box before all three had smelt the catnip through the packaging and were going absolutely mental for it. Once it was out that was it - they fought over it for the whole day. By the end of it the fish was absolutely soggy but clearly very well loved.They've come back to it every day since which honestly surprised me, as cat toys usually get about a day of interest before being completely ignored. The quality is really nice too, it's well made and plush and doesn't feel like it's going to fall apart after a few days of being mauled.One thing worth mentioning though - the product title states this comes with a refillable catnip spritz spray and it doesn't. There is a bundle listing that includes both the fish and the spray but that one is £28. The spray is also available separately from the same brand for £14.50 which is quite expensive compared to other brands that do similar sprays for around £8–10.That gripe is with the listing rather than the product itself. The fish is brilliant and the cats absolutely love it. Really happy with it for £15.

I ordered both the clutch and the mustache for review, so this review is for both.In general: the catnip in these toys is the good stuff. My kittens went absolutely mad for them, my 8-year-old girl who is not generally very catnip sensitive ended up stealing one, and even my 18-year-old elderly lady cat decided to have a bit of a play.THE MUSTACHEPlus points: very engaging, feels sturdy and well-made. The dangling strings make it move very attractively when it's being picked up and tossed, so an active cat will absolutely have a ball. The varied shape makes it very biteable.Minus points: lots of metal in this toy. The ball and the attachment point for the dangling strings are both metal. If your cat likes biting very hard at play they may crack a tooth, so you'll have to be careful. This would have been better made out of sparkly gold fabric in plush form.THE CLUTCHPlus points: very round, very plush, rolls around the floor very satisfyingly and as such definitely encourages chase play.Minus points: the little string dangly has a metal head - again this would have been better made of sparkly gold fabric, the effect would have been maintained but safety would have been better. It's also very small and so potentially easy to swallow if pulled away from the toy. I ended up cutting it off out of an abundance of caution after my kittens started playing tug of war with the toy - one holding the clutch body in his mouth, and the other holding the dangly.And the big minus point... the price.I know they're fancy, I know it's extra funny to see your cats playing with a mini clutch bag or a mustache (or the fish, the fish is hilarious, I didn't get to review that one but it's easily the most charming design of them all), and I know that's part of the selling point.But your cats won't care; your cats will shred whatever toy is engaging enough for them. And when you can get a large catnip banana from a well-known brand that is stuffed full of really powerful catnip for half the price (or less) of these toys... the price tag is hard to justify.

We have two young adult cats here at home, a boy and a girl, aged four and five. I point it out because they're still at the age that they play, given the chance. So when I was given the chance to test & review one of these 'Extra Fancy Organic Catnip Toy Fish with Silvervine' from brand "The Catnip Queen" I took it very willingly indeed.The item arrives loosely. It has a large card attached to it with a plastic wire, you may need scissors to remove it. Aesthetically it looks very much like it does in the listing picture - it is predominantly a purplish/navy blue but has a yellow face and markings. Finally it has a golden coloured crown. It's an attractive item. Size-wise it is difficult to measure because it's not a uniform shape, but it is roughly 13cms long at it's longest and 10cms tall at it's tallest.So it arrived here and after cutting the tag off I put it straight down on the Living Room floor for my two cats to investigate as they saw fit. Turns it out didn't take long and BOTH cats were very interested in it indeed. So much so that I started to feel guilty that I had just the one - they both wanted at it. No fights or animosity took place though, one relinquished the toy and the other took over, biting it, wrestling it and rubbing their face onto it. There's no doubt in my mind that it was a big hit, the proof is in the pudding after all.Look, at the end of the day this is a cat toy and the best way for me to judge it is in how my cats reacted to it. They reacted extremely interestedly from the first seconds it was down on the floor. Both cats showed a great deal of interest. I wasn't joking when I said I wished I had two. If you've two cats you may want to consider getting them one each. That does bring me around to the price though, and at £15 (correct at time of writing) it is one of the more expensive cat toys I've ever encountered. How you spend your money is your business of course but one thing I will say is that if your cat(s) react how mine did towards this then I should think you'll be happy.

We honestly couldn’t be more impressed with these Catnip toys from The Catnip Queen. Our two Siberians, Aslan and Max, started rolling around and play‑fighting before we’d even opened the packet — they clearly knew something special was coming!Once opened, it was pure joy to watch. The aroma is incredibly strong and fresh, and the boys were immediately engaged — playful, happy, and totally content. There’s none of the dusty, weak stuff you sometimes get elsewhere; this is clearly premium, high‑quality catnip made by people who genuinely understand cats.It’s lovely to support a brand that focuses on natural, well‑sourced ingredients, and The Catnip Queen absolutely delivers on that promise. If you want to see your cats light up with excitement, this is the catnip to buy.This is a refreshing alternative to disposable, unsafe cat toys (we have bought so many, and regretted quickly afterwards). We’ve sadly thrown away more than a few toys over the years that have fallen apart far too easily, exposing loose stitching, synthetic fibres, or small components that could have become choking hazards (or worse). It’s made us much more cautious about what we give our cats.Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be repeat customers!

Extra Fancy Organic Catnip Toy Fish with Silvervine,When i removed this from the packaging i personally couldn't smell this however, two of my cats noticed this toy straight away.The fish is alot bigger than what i was expecting however, its still a good size for small or adults cats.The fish is well made the stitching has held up, there were no holes in the fabric after both of my cats kicked the living day light out of this.In the advertisement it stated "REUSE & REFILL WITH A SPRITZ" now i didn't get the spritz so when it states refill i take that as you spray the toy with catnip in order for the fish to regain its strength.Value wise this is rather expensive in comparison to other toys on the market however, with that said i normally mark a review based on my cats interaction which can vary from day to day of which both of my cats still feel the need to kick this around the room for a good 10mins each so it get my approval.For me its quite rare for my cat to enjoy a toy as much as this they usually play leave for weeks before regaining there interest however, this seems to be there toy of choice and fight over it when the other has it so looks like i will be buying another.Overall i liked the quality although didn't get the spritz, i couldn't smell the catnip so thought it was weak however, my cats did and have played with this ever since. Its expensive for a cat toy however, my cats seem to love this toy quite abit which is a little unusual as there fussy so it gets my approval.

This catnip toy is shaped like a clutch bag but has no opening. Quality seems very good, the toy is plump, the cat pounced on it immediately and began kicking and biting. The reason I have rated with four stars is that there is a metal part attached to the tassels hanging off the bag, I don't like metal parts on cat toys generally so will be removing this. It's not there for the benefit of the cat, it's there for the benefit of the cat owner and that's not a good design principle. I don't want my cat's claws or teeth to come into contact with metal.

This is an unusual and fun twist on the catnip style of cat toy. Not sure why a mustache with a tassel occurred to anyone at the design stage, but then, why not! The toy isn't powerfully scented but it did catch my cat's attention for a little while. She was able to grip and bunnykick it, and to chew on it which is what she likes best with her catnip toys. I don't intend to try the spritz unless I can find out what's in it. I'll marinade the toy in dried 'nip when not in use instead.The velvet texture is a nice sensory change for cats used to the canvas kicker toys or crinkle fabrics. The tassel seemed to interest my cat a lot but she couldn't figure out what to do with it once the humans let go.A small safety note: my girl tried chewing good and hard on the bell while she was away with the catnip fairy. She's like that. An unlucky cat could crack a tooth that way - but you can say the same of any hard object around the home.

This toy is so good that we've already checked out the other products they have and plan to buy more. Both of my cats love this toy, like they are obsessed! One of them is toy mad but has a real aversion to catnip and the other one isn't much of a toy guy but goes nuts for catnip and they both think this toy is the best thing ever. The guy in the video is the one who doesn't like catnip. I think it speaks for itself! Excellent quality, very exciting toy that is well made. I was a little sceptical at the price before it arrived- £13 is quite a lot for a single plush cat toy- but surprisingly it's actually worth the money I think! 15/10

My cat is easily bored so I buy a lot of toys and some of them end up gathering dust, but she is OBSESSED with this now! Seems like good quality too, so should last her a while.

The toy itself is lovely and great quality, but sadly I didn't receive the bottle of catnip spray which then negates the selling point of ending ‘throwaway toy culture’.The toy is made of premium materials, nicely designed and includes a tinkly little bell too, which is a nice addition. The purple colours are complementary and the toy as a whole looks modern and suits my home decor.The toy is a good size and suitable for all adult cats. My cat loves it.I recommend it quality and price-wise, as long as it comes with the bottle of spray too!
